SoltPK Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SoltPK platform, including the website at soltpk.click, any associated mobile applications and all products and services offered under the SoltPK brand. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

SoltPK reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email or a platform notification. Your continued use of SoltPK following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document always reflects the most recent version.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and SoltPK.

To open and use a SoltPK account, you must meet all of the following conditions without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. SoltPK does not permit anyone under 18 to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and automated accounts are not eligible to register as players.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on SoltPK or any partner platform, and you must not be subject to a court order or legal prohibition that prevents you from entering into agreements of this kind.
• You must be using the platform in your own name and on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or close family member of an employee of SoltPK or any of its affiliate companies. Such individuals may not open player accounts.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your location.

SoltPK reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification. All identification documents submitted to SoltPK are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on SoltPK. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, the same CNIC number, the same mobile number, the same email address, the same device or the same IP address — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, all accounts except the original verified account will be closed and any balances within them forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your valid Pakistani mobile number and a working email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for keeping your SoltPK login credentials — your username and password — confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person. SoltPK will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs because you shared your credentials or failed to take reasonable precautions to protect them.

• Use a strong, unique password for your SoltPK account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Log out of your account after each session on shared devices.
• Report any suspected unauthorised account access to SoltPK support immediately at support@soltpk.click.

SoltPK reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its reasonable discretion, including where there is a suspicion of fraud, abuse, money laundering or a breach of these Terms. Where an account is closed for a breach, any remaining balance may be subject to review before release.

All financial transactions on SoltPK are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). SoltPK does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not process withdrawals to foreign accounts or in any currency other than PKR.

Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. SoltPK does not accept deposits from credit cards, foreign-issued cards or third-party payment sources not registered in your name.

The minimum deposit on SoltPK is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit applied generally, though individual payment provider limits may apply. Deposits are credited to your SoltPK wallet instantly in most cases; processing times for bank IBFT may vary by up to one business day.

The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name — SoltPK does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect player funds. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within one business day for bank IBFT.

• You may only withdraw funds that represent genuine winnings from genuine gameplay on SoltPK.
• Deposits that are deposited and withdrawn without meaningful betting activity may be treated as potential abuse and reviewed before release.
• SoltPK does not charge withdrawal fees from our side, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• SoltPK reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal above Rs 50,000.

All bets placed on SoltPK are subject to the specific market rules displayed alongside each bet type, in addition to these general terms. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand the rules of that market and accept the odds displayed at the time of placement.

The minimum single bet stake on SoltPK is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by market, sport, event and odds level. Maximum stake limits are displayed in the bet slip before you confirm a wager.

Bet settlement is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body — for PSL and cricket, that is the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the PSL organisers. Results confirmed by the DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) method are treated as official results for betting purposes. SoltPK settles bets as soon as official results are confirmed, typically within minutes of the end of play.

• Abandoned matches: If a match is abandoned before a result is possible, match-winner bets are voided and stakes returned. Markets with partial settlement criteria may be settled if the relevant conditions were met before the abandonment.
• Postponed matches: Bets on postponed matches remain valid for up to 48 hours. If the match does not commence within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, bets are voided and stakes returned.
• Void bets: A voided bet is one where the stake is returned to the player. No winnings are paid on a voided bet, and the bet is treated as if it was never placed for accumulator calculation purposes.
• Palpable errors: If SoltPK publishes odds that are clearly incorrect due to a system error or human input mistake (e.g. 50.00 on a strong favourite), SoltPK reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds. Players will be notified and stakes returned promptly.

SoltPK monitors betting patterns for signs of match-fixing, insider information or coordinated suspicious betting activity. Where such patterns are identified, affected bets may be suspended pending investigation and may ultimately be voided if the investigation concludes there was a breach of integrity.

SoltPK offers bonuses and promotional credit to players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and PSL-specific promotions. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published alongside the promotion. These general terms apply to all bonuses in the absence of more specific terms.

General bonus rules applicable to all SoltPK promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus using a second account or a family member's account is a breach of these Terms.
• Where a wagering requirement is attached to a bonus, the full wagering amount must be completed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in multiples — e.g. "3× the bonus amount" — in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the stated validity period. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period and are removed from the player's account without compensation.
• SoltPK reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus at any time. If a bonus is withdrawn after it has already been credited but before it is used, the credited amount will be removed from the player's wallet.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to exploit bonus conditions, or wagering in patterns designed to fulfil requirements without genuine risk — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

The SoltPK Refer a Friend programme allows registered players to earn bonus credit by inviting friends to join the platform. Full details of the current referral reward structure are published on the Refer a Friend page. The following general terms apply to all referral activity on SoltPK.

• A referral is only valid where the referred player registers using the referrer's unique link or code and makes a qualifying first deposit.
• The referred player must be a genuinely new SoltPK player — a person who has not previously held an account on the platform.
• Referring yourself using a second account, or arranging for a third party to register purely to claim referral credit without genuine intent to use the platform, constitutes referral abuse and will result in forfeiture of all referral earnings and potential account suspension.
• Referral bonus credit is subject to standard bonus terms including any applicable wagering requirements stated on the Refer a Friend page at the time of the referral.
• SoltPK reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered players via the platform or email.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on SoltPK. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, relevant winnings forfeited and, where required by law, the matter reported to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, using stolen payment methods, impersonating another person or providing false information in any form.
• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one SoltPK account for any reason, including to circumvent a self-exclusion, to claim multiple bonuses or to obscure betting patterns.
• Match-fixing and insider betting: Placing bets using non-public information about the outcome of an event, or cooperating with any person to manipulate the outcome of an event on which SoltPK offers betting.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to exploit the platform, including in card games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated system to place bets, exploit market errors or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Money laundering: Using the SoltPK platform to deposit, move or withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising their illegal origin. SoltPK has an active anti-money laundering monitoring programme and cooperates fully with law enforcement.
• Bonus abuse: As described in Section 6 above.
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening or harassing SoltPK support staff, other players or any affiliated person.

SoltPK is committed to responsible gaming and provides tools to help players maintain control of their gambling activity. These tools are available to every registered player from the account settings page at no cost and without any penalty for use.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your SoltPK wallet. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session time reminders: Set a duration after which SoltPK will remind you how long you have been playing.
• Cool-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cool-off period, you cannot log in, deposit or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the SoltPK platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months and removes access to all features including promotions.

SoltPK staff are trained to recognise signs of problem gambling and may proactively contact players showing concerning patterns. Please use our platform responsibly. Gambling should be entertainment, not a source of stress or financial hardship.

All content on the SoltPK platform — including the SoltPK brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, odds data and any other materials — is the intellectual property of SoltPK or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, adapt, publish, transmit or create derivative works from any SoltPK content without prior written permission from SoltPK.

Your use of the SoltPK platform grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the platform for your own private use only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use of SoltPK content or branding.

SoltPK is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, errors in third-party data feeds or circumstances outside our reasonable control (force majeure events), including but not limited to power outages, internet disruptions, natural disasters or regulatory actions. We will always make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and to treat affected players fairly.

SoltPK's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in your verified SoltPK wallet at the time of the relevant incident. SoltPK is not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses including loss of profits, loss of business opportunity or emotional distress.

SoltPK collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an account you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purposes described in that policy — including identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention and, where you have opted in, marketing communications.

SoltPK does not sell player data to third parties. We share data only with regulated service providers necessary for the operation of the platform (such as payment processors and KYC verification providers) and with regulatory or law enforcement bodies where legally required.

SoltPK reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before taking effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or to address an urgent security or integrity issue.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the effective date of the current version. Your continued use of SoltPK after an amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which SoltPK is registered and licensed. In the event of a dispute between you and SoltPK, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team first at support@soltpk.click, as most issues can be resolved quickly and fairly through direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. Players retain the right to seek redress through courts of competent jurisdiction as a last resort. By using SoltPK, you agree to attempt informal resolution before initiating formal proceedings.
