SoltPK Privacy Policy

SoltPK takes the privacy of its players seriously. When you register, deposit funds, place a bet or use any feature on the SoltPK platform, you trust us with information about yourself. This Privacy Policy is our commitment to being honest and transparent about exactly what happens with that information.

We have written this policy in plain, straightforward English because we believe Pakistani players deserve to understand their data rights without needing a lawyer. If you have read a privacy policy before and found it confusing, we hope this one is different. Every section is written to answer a specific, practical question — what do we collect, why do we need it, who sees it, how long do we keep it and what can you do about it.

This policy was last updated on 1 June 2025. Whenever we make material changes, we will notify registered players before those changes take effect — by email and by a notice on the platform. The version history at the bottom of this page records all updates.

The SoltPK platform is operated by the SoltPK brand, accessible at soltpk.click. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, references to "SoltPK", "we", "us" or "our" refer to the entity responsible for operating the platform and processing personal data in connection with it.

SoltPK is the data controller for all personal data collected through the platform — meaning we determine the purposes and means of processing your data. If you have any questions about your data or wish to exercise any of your data rights described in Section 11, contact us directly at support@soltpk.click.

SoltPK collects personal data in three ways: directly from you when you register and use the platform, automatically through technical systems as you interact with the platform and, in limited cases, from third-party verification providers who help us confirm your identity and payment details.

Data you provide directly:

• Full legal name as per your CNIC or other government-issued ID
• Date of birth (for age verification purposes)
• CNIC number or passport number
• Pakistani mobile phone number
• Email address
• Residential address in Pakistan
• Payment account details (Easypaisa number, JazzCash number, bank account for IBFT)
• Any communications you send to SoltPK support, including chat logs and emails

Data collected automatically:

• IP address and approximate geographic location derived from it
• Device type, operating system and browser information
• Session duration and login timestamps
• Pages visited within the SoltPK platform and features used
• Betting history, game history and transaction records
• Cookie and similar tracking technology data (see Section 8)

Data from third parties:

• Identity verification results from KYC providers (a pass/fail result and document authenticity confirmation — not the document content itself)
• Payment processing confirmations from Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and banking partners
• Fraud signals from security and anti-money-laundering monitoring services

Every piece of data SoltPK collects is used for a specific, legitimate purpose. We do not collect data speculatively or hold information that serves no operational function. Here is what we use your data for:

• Account creation and management: Your name, contact details and CNIC are used to create and administer your SoltPK account, confirm your identity and keep your account secure.
• Age verification: We are required to verify that every registered player is at least 18 years old. Your date of birth and CNIC are used for this purpose and are not retained beyond what is legally required.
• Payment processing: Your wallet account numbers and bank details are used to process PKR deposits to your SoltPK wallet and to process withdrawal requests to your nominated Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account.
• Betting and gaming services: Your gameplay activity, betting history and session data are used to provide the core SoltPK service — including displaying your bet slip, settling results and maintaining your transaction history.
• Fraud prevention and security: IP addresses, device fingerprints, login patterns and transaction behaviour are analysed to detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, account hacking and other prohibited activity.
• Responsible gaming: Your betting patterns, session lengths and deposit frequencies are monitored to identify potential signs of problem gambling, in accordance with our Responsible Gaming Policy. If concerning patterns are detected, we may proactively contact you.
• Customer support: Your contact details and account history are used to respond to support queries, resolve disputes and process complaints efficiently.
• Legal compliance: We retain certain data as required by anti-money-laundering regulations, financial record-keeping obligations and any requests from law enforcement or regulatory bodies with lawful authority.
• Platform improvement: Aggregated, anonymised usage data is analysed to improve the SoltPK platform — identifying which features are used most, where players encounter issues and how the user experience can be enhanced.
• Marketing (opt-in only): Where you have given explicit consent, your email address and mobile number may be used to send promotional communications about SoltPK offers, bonuses and new features. See Section 13 for how to opt out.

SoltPK processes your personal data on the following legal grounds, depending on the specific purpose involved:

• Contractual necessity: Processing your account data, payment details and gameplay records is necessary to fulfil our contract with you — to operate your SoltPK account and provide the betting and gaming services you have registered for.
• Legal obligation: Processing for age verification, anti-money-laundering checks, KYC verification and retention of financial records is required by applicable law and regulation.
• Legitimate interests: Fraud prevention, security monitoring, platform improvement and responsible gaming monitoring are conducted on the basis of SoltPK's legitimate interests in operating a safe, fair and sustainable platform.
• Consent: Marketing communications by email or SMS are only sent where you have given clear, informed consent. This consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting support@soltpk.click or using the unsubscribe option in any marketing message.

SoltPK does not sell your personal data to any third party. We share data only where it is strictly necessary to operate the platform, comply with legal obligations or protect the safety of the platform and its players.

Categories of third parties who may receive your data:

• Payment processors: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, banking partners and card payment processors receive the minimum data required to process your PKR transactions. These providers process data only as instructed by SoltPK and under binding data protection agreements.
• KYC and identity verification providers: Third-party identity verification services receive your submitted documents to confirm eligibility. They return a verification result to SoltPK; the document data is not retained by SoltPK after verification is complete.
• Anti-fraud and AML services: Security and anti-money-laundering monitoring providers analyse transaction and behavioural data to detect prohibited activity. Data shared with these providers is limited to what is necessary for screening.
• Regulatory and law enforcement authorities: SoltPK will disclose data to government agencies, regulators or law enforcement bodies where legally required to do so — for example, in response to a lawful court order or a regulatory request. We do not voluntarily disclose data beyond what is legally required.
• Technology infrastructure providers: Cloud hosting, database and security infrastructure providers may process data as part of operating the platform. All providers are bound by data protection agreements and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

All financial transactions on SoltPK are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). When you deposit or withdraw using Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay or bank IBFT, SoltPK receives a transaction reference number and confirmation of the amount and direction — sufficient to credit or debit your wallet. Full wallet credentials or account passwords are never transmitted to or stored by SoltPK.

For withdrawal requests, SoltPK requires that your nominated payment account is registered in your own name — the same name as your verified SoltPK account. This is a regulatory requirement to prevent money laundering and to protect your funds from being sent to an incorrect recipient.

Payment records — the fact of a deposit or withdrawal, the amount, the date and the payment method — are retained for the period required by financial record-keeping obligations, typically a minimum of five years from the date of the transaction. This retention is required by law and cannot be waived at a player's request.

SoltPK uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the platform, maintain session security and understand how players use the site. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit soltpk.click.

Types of cookies SoltPK uses:

• Essential cookies: Required for the platform to function at all — these enable login sessions, bet slip management, wallet balance display and secure page navigation. They cannot be disabled without breaking the platform.
• Security cookies: Used to detect unusual login patterns, protect against session hijacking and prevent cross-site request forgery (CSRF). These are essential for account security.
• Analytics cookies: Collect anonymised, aggregated data about how players navigate the platform — which pages are visited most, where players drop off and how long features are used. This data is used internally to improve the platform and is not shared with third-party advertising networks.
• Preference cookies: Remember your platform preferences, such as your preferred language, odds format and notification settings, so you do not have to reset them on every visit.

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling essential and security cookies will prevent the SoltPK platform from working correctly. Analytics and preference cookies can be disabled without affecting core functionality.

SoltPK keeps your personal data only for as long as it is necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following retention periods apply:

• Active account data (name, contact details, account preferences): Retained for the duration of your active account plus 30 days after account closure, unless a longer retention period applies.
• Identity verification documents: Retained for the duration of your account and for 5 years after account closure, as required by anti-money-laundering regulations.
• Payment and transaction records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of the transaction, as required by financial record-keeping law.
• Betting and gameplay history: Retained for 2 years from the date of each game or bet, unless the records are relevant to an ongoing dispute or investigation.
• Customer support communications: Retained for 2 years from the date of the communication, or until any related dispute is resolved, whichever is later.
• Marketing consent records: Retained until you withdraw consent plus 1 year (to evidence compliance with consent requirements).
• Technical and security logs: Retained for 90 days in active logs, with selected records archived for up to 12 months for fraud investigation purposes.

After the applicable retention period, your data is securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be linked to you personally. Anonymised, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for statistical and analytical purposes.

SoltPK implements a layered approach to data security designed to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.

• Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between your device and the SoltPK platform is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security). You will always see HTTPS in the address bar when using soltpk.click.
• Encryption at rest: Sensitive personal data stored on SoltPK servers — including identity information and payment references — is encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption.
• Access controls: Access to player data within SoltPK is restricted on a need-to-know basis. Staff do not have access to personal data beyond what is required for their specific role.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA): SoltPK offers 2FA for player accounts and requires it for all internal staff accessing systems that hold player data.
• Regular security assessments: The SoltPK platform undergoes regular security testing, including penetration testing, to identify and address vulnerabilities.
• Incident response: In the event of a data breach affecting player data, SoltPK will notify affected players promptly and take immediate steps to contain the breach and prevent recurrence.

You have clear rights over your personal data held by SoltPK. These rights can be exercised by contacting us at support@soltpk.click. SoltPK will respond to all data rights requests within 30 days. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further 30 days, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reason.

* The right to erasure does not apply to data that SoltPK is legally required to retain under financial regulation and anti-money-laundering law (see Section 9). In such cases, SoltPK will explain specifically which data must be retained and why.

SoltPK does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. The platform is strictly for adults. Age verification is conducted during registration, and accounts found to belong to minors are closed immediately with all data deleted except where retention is required by law to evidence the violation.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has registered on SoltPK using false age information, please contact us immediately at support@soltpk.click. We will investigate promptly and close the account if the claim is confirmed.

SoltPK will only send you promotional emails, SMS messages or push notifications if you have explicitly opted in to receiving them during registration or subsequently through your account settings.

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by:

• Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any marketing email from SoltPK
• Replying STOP to any marketing SMS
• Updating your notification preferences in your SoltPK account settings
• Emailing support@soltpk.click with a request to unsubscribe

Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional communications — you will still receive account security alerts, deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications and bet settlement messages. These are essential service communications and cannot be disabled while your account is active.

SoltPK may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal requirements or the platform's features. When we make material changes — changes that affect how your data is used or your rights over it — we will notify you at least 14 days before the changes take effect by email and by a prominent notice on the platform.

Minor, non-material updates (such as correcting a typo or clarifying an existing practice without changing it) may be made without advance notice, but the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent change. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
