Creating a SoltPK account is free and takes under 60 seconds. Go to soltpk.click/register, enter your Pakistani mobile number, email address and a strong password, then confirm your mobile via OTP. Once verified, your account is active and you can make your first PKR deposit immediately. You only need one account — duplicate accounts are not allowed.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use SoltPK. Age is verified at registration and may be checked again during identity verification (KYC) when you make your first withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all activity voided.

No. Each person is allowed to hold exactly one SoltPK account. Opening duplicate accounts — even under a different name or mobile number — is a violation of our Terms and Conditions. Duplicate accounts are permanently closed and associated winnings are forfeited. If you have lost access to your existing account, contact support@soltpk.click and we will help you recover it.

Contact SoltPK support at support@soltpk.click with your full name, old mobile number or email and the new contact details you want to use. For security, you will need to verify your identity before changes are applied. Bring your CNIC number to hand when you contact us — it speeds up the verification process considerably.

KYC stands for Know Your Customer — it is the identity verification process required before your first withdrawal. You will need to upload a clear photo of your CNIC (front and back) and a selfie holding your CNIC. KYC is reviewed by our team within 24 hours in most cases. Until KYC is completed, you can still deposit and play — only withdrawals are held pending verification.

If you want to close your account, email support@soltpk.click with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Any remaining PKR balance will be refunded to your registered payment method after identity verification. Note: if you are closing your account due to concerns about your gambling habits, the self-exclusion option under our Responsible Gaming tools may be more appropriate than a full closure.

Yes. SoltPK serves players across all provinces and territories — Sindh, Punjab, KPK, Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, AJK and Islamabad Capital Territory. SoltPK accepts all major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT (all major banks including HBL, UBL, MCB, Meezan, Bank Alfalah, and others), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in PKR. There are no international card requirements.

The minimum deposit on SoltPK is Rs 500. There is no maximum single-deposit limit for standard accounts, though very large deposits may trigger additional identity verification as part of our anti-money laundering obligations. Most players deposit amounts between Rs 500 and Rs 10,000 per transaction without any friction.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are typically credited to your SoltPK wallet within 30 seconds to 2 minutes in most cases. NayaPay and SadaPay deposits are similarly fast. Bank IBFT transfers can take between a few minutes and up to 2 hours depending on your bank. Visa/Mastercard card deposits are usually instant. If your deposit has not arrived after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

SoltPK does not charge deposit fees. The amount you send is the amount credited to your wallet. However, your own payment provider — Easypaisa, JazzCash or your bank — may apply their own transfer fees, which are outside SoltPK's control. These are typically small or zero for most Pakistani mobile wallets, but worth checking on your provider's app before depositing.

First, wait 30 minutes — most delays resolve automatically within this window. If the deposit still has not arrived, contact SoltPK support at support@soltpk.click with: (1) your registered mobile number, (2) the exact amount deposited, (3) the payment method used, and (4) the transaction reference number from your Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank confirmation message. Our team will locate and manually credit the deposit within a few hours.

SoltPK operates exclusively in PKR — Pakistani Rupees. All deposits must be made in PKR. If you are using a Visa or Mastercard issued by a Pakistani bank, the transaction processes in PKR automatically. Foreign currency cards or international transfers are not supported at this time.

Standard SoltPK accounts have a daily deposit limit that you can review inside your wallet settings. You can also set your own lower deposit limit through the Responsible Gaming tools in your account — this is enforced immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours after the change is made, giving you a cooling-off period. Contact support if you need information about higher limits for verified accounts.

Log in to your SoltPK account, go to the Wallet section and select "Withdraw". Enter the amount you want to withdraw and choose your preferred payment method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay or bank IBFT. Withdrawals to mobile wallets are typically processed within 1–4 hours. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to one business day. KYC must be completed before your first withdrawal.

The minimum withdrawal amount on SoltPK is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may take slightly longer to process as they go through additional security checks. Common reasons for withdrawal delays include: KYC not yet completed, an active bonus with uncompleted wagering requirements, a first-time withdrawal to a new account number requiring manual review, or high volume periods during major PSL matches. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 6 hours without explanation, contact support@soltpk.click with your withdrawal request ID.

As a general rule, withdrawals should go to the same account used for deposits — this is a standard anti-money laundering requirement. If your original payment account is no longer accessible (e.g. your SIM has changed), contact support@soltpk.click before requesting a withdrawal. We will guide you through the alternative account approval process, which typically requires additional identity verification.

SoltPK does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. The amount you request is the amount sent. Your receiving bank or mobile wallet may apply their own incoming transfer fees, which are outside SoltPK's control. Easypaisa and JazzCash typically apply no fee for incoming transfers, but check your provider's latest fee schedule to be sure.

Yes — if your withdrawal is still in "Pending" status, you can cancel it from the Wallet section of your account and the funds will be returned to your SoltPK wallet balance. Once a withdrawal moves to "Processing" or "Sent" status, it cannot be recalled. If you need urgent assistance cancelling a withdrawal, contact live chat support immediately — do not email as email response time may be too slow.

SoltPK offers betting on cricket (including PSL, Pakistan international matches, IPL, BBL and ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, tennis, basketball, volleyball and esports (CS:GO, Dota 2, PUBG Mobile, Valorant). Cricket and PSL are the most popular categories among Pakistani players and have the deepest betting markets on the platform.

Yes — SoltPK supports live in-play betting on PSL matches and all major international cricket fixtures. During a live PSL match you can bet on next over runs, wicket in next over, current over total, match result and many more markets. Odds update ball-by-ball and bets are settled as soon as the relevant event is confirmed by the official scorer. A live score ticker is displayed alongside betting markets during in-play events.

The minimum bet on SoltPK sports markets is Rs 50. For some live in-play markets and special accumulators, the minimum may vary. There is no minimum number of selections on accumulators. The maximum payout on a single bet varies by market and is displayed on your bet slip before you confirm.

If a PSL or cricket match is abandoned without a result — due to rain, pitch conditions or other reasons — SoltPK voids all pre-match result bets and returns stakes to players. Markets that were already resolved before the abandonment (e.g. first over runs in a completed first over) are settled as normal. In-play bets placed on events that had not yet been determined at the time of abandonment are voided and stakes returned.

Yes. SoltPK supports accumulator (parlay) bets across all sports. You can combine multiple selections from different matches into one bet slip. All selections must win for the accumulator to pay out. If any selection is voided (e.g. due to match abandonment), that leg is removed from the accumulator and the remaining selections continue. Minimum accumulator stake is Rs 50 and there is no limit on the number of selections.

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, contact support@soltpk.click within 48 hours of the disputed settlement with your bet slip reference number and the specific reason for the dispute. SoltPK uses official scorecard data and tournament records for settlement. Our team reviews disputes within 24 hours and if an error is found, the correction is applied and your balance updated immediately.

Yes. All SoltPK digital card games use a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine card distribution. The RNG is independently tested and verified. Live dealer games use real physical cards shuffled by a human dealer on camera — there is no RNG in live dealer tables. No — bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be converted to real money by completing the associated wagering requirement. Once the requirement is met, the bonus amount transfers to your real PKR wallet and can then be withdrawn normally. Your real PKR balance (deposited funds and settled winnings from real money bets) can always be withdrawn regardless of your bonus status.

SoltPK uses TLS encryption for all connections, encrypted storage for sensitive data, and strict access controls for internal systems. Your Easypaisa or JazzCash credentials are never stored by SoltPK — only transaction references are retained. Player funds are held in segregated accounts, separate from operating funds. Our team will lock the account, investigate the unauthorised access and review any transactions made during the suspected breach. SoltPK will never ask for your password via SMS, WhatsApp, email or any social media channel. If you receive a message claiming to be from SoltPK and asking for your login credentials, it is a phishing attempt. The only place to log in is soltpk.click — always type this URL directly or use a saved bookmark rather than clicking links from unknown messages. Report suspected phishing attempts to support@soltpk.click.

Log in → tap your account icon → go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limits. Choose a daily, weekly or monthly limit in PKR. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activating. Setting a deposit limit is one of the simplest and most effective responsible gaming habits and takes under two minutes.

Self-exclusion permanently closes your SoltPK account for a minimum of 6 months. It can be requested through Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion, or by emailing support@soltpk.click. Once active, the account is locked immediately. A cool-off is a temporary account suspension — 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days or 30 days — during which your account is locked and you cannot deposit, log in or place bets. Unlike self-exclusion, it is temporary and the account reactivates automatically when the period ends. Cool-offs are useful if you want a break without committing to a full six-month exclusion. Your wallet balance is preserved throughout.
