When you log in to SoltPK, your session is protected end-to-end. The connection between your device and the SoltPK platform is encrypted using TLS — you will always see HTTPS in the address bar. No one between you and the platform can intercept your credentials or session data.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). SoltPK supports two-factor authentication for all registered accounts. When 2FA is enabled, logging in requires both your password and a one-time PIN sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA — it takes one minute to set up and means that even if someone else knows your password, they still cannot access your SoltPK account without your phone.
Automatic session timeout. If your SoltPK session is inactive for 30 minutes, it automatically logs out — protecting your account if you walk away from your phone or browser without logging out manually. This applies to both mobile and desktop sessions.
Login anomaly detection. SoltPK monitors login patterns. If a login attempt comes from an unusual location, a new device or at an unusual time, our system flags it and may require additional verification before granting access. This is not a nuisance — it is what keeps your PKR wallet safe.
What to do if you cannot log in. First, confirm your identifier — SoltPK accepts both your registered Pakistani mobile number and your email address. If your password is incorrect, use the "Forgot password?" link on the login form. A reset link will be sent to your registered mobile or email within a few seconds. If you have lost access to both your registered number and email, contact support@soltpk.click with your full name and CNIC number for manual identity verification.
Protecting yourself from phishing. SoltPK will never ask you for your login password via SMS, email, WhatsApp or any social media channel. If you receive a message claiming to be from SoltPK and asking for your password, it is a phishing attempt — do not respond and report it to support@soltpk.click. The only place to log in to SoltPK is soltpk.click. Bookmark the URL and type it directly rather than following links from unknown sources.
Shared devices and cybercafés. If you are logging in from a shared computer — a cybercafé, a family PC or a friend's phone — always use a private/incognito browser window and log out manually when you are done. Do not tick "Keep me logged in" on shared devices. SoltPK's automatic session timeout provides a safety net, but manual logout is always the safest option.
Password best practices. Choose a password that is at least 8 characters long and includes a mix of letters, numbers and a special character. Do not reuse your SoltPK password on other platforms. If you use the same password on multiple sites and one of those sites is breached, your SoltPK account becomes vulnerable. A unique, strong password for SoltPK is one of the simplest and most effective security measures you can take.
